The successful candidate will join our Internal Accountants team and will be working directly with the Financial Controller. He/She will process accounting transactions, perform reconciliations and prepare all necessary reports in due time for deadlines. The candidate will also prepare and check ledger transactions and balances. He/She will also assist in the preparation of the monthly, quarterly and yearly accounts.

The successful candidate will support a group of managers in the performance of their duties by providing personal assistance and secretarial support.
The position entails liaising with the heads of all departments, co-ordinating team members, diary and agenda management, internal and external correspondence and managing projects.
The candidate needs well-developed personal and secretarial skills, the ability to take initiative, be a good team player, be an effective communicator with strong organisational skills, and have the ability to work under pressure.

The successful candidate will manage the Financial Reporting functions for a portfolio of clients and control the collection of the financial information process. The candidate will also review and approve the workings of the accounting operations and liaise with client external auditors.
The position entails the review and approval of the work of other accountants in the department, liaising directly with clients and external auditors.

He/She will assist in the development of processes and procedures in the Legal Department and will assist the company in the development of the group in the Legal Areas. He/she will assist the Head of the Legal Department in client-requested actions and liaise with all administrators, bookkeepers and auditors of the companies.

The successful candidate will be an assistant to the Head of the Management and Administration Services Department. He/She will manage the affairs of a portfolio of clients on an every day basis and liaise with them and authorities in order to complete tasks.

The successful candidate will be a member of the Business Development Team reporting to the Business Development Manager/Managing Director of the Group. He/She will be responsible for the implementation of the Business Development model in a number of English-speaking regions and will assist with company's marketing literature.

The successful candidate will cover the reception area and the telephones. She will handle general typing, correspondence and secretarial duties, and any communication in and out of the company. She will need to be able to prioritise daily workload and work under pressure. Native English is required.
