U.A.E. - Ras Al Kaimah
The United Arab Emirates (UAE) is located in the Middle East between Oman and Saudi Arabia and comprises seven members: Abu Dhabi (the capital city), Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. Ras al- in the east of the Persian Gulf, borders Oman in the northern part of the UAE. Ras Al Kaimah has an area of approximately 1,680 square kilometres and is the fourth largest emirate. The capital city, also known as Ras Al Kaimah, is split in two by a creek flowing into the Gulf.
United Kingdom
United Kingdom comprises England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales and is strategically located off the Northwest coast of Europe. UK is one of the twenty seven member states of the European Union and the national currency is the Pound Sterling (GBP£). The English legislation is based on a common law legal system.

Switzerland, a federal republic also officially known as the Swiss Confederation, is situated in Europe surrounded by Germany to the North, Italy to the South, France to the West and Austria to the East. The country is divided in to 26 Cantons and the main centers are Zurich, Basel and Geneva. The legal system is based on Civil Law.
Singapore
The Republic of Singapore, a British Commonwealth country, is located at the southern tip of the Malaysian Peninsula. Singapore gained its independence from Britain in 1965 and still applies a legal system based on the English Common Law. The national currency is the Singapore Dollar and there are no foreign exchange controls.
Seychelles
The Seychelles is a group of 115 islands covering a total land area of 455 square kilometers and located in the South-Western Indian Ocean. The Legal System is based on the English common Law and French Civil Law. There are no exchange controls and no currency restrictions.
Panama
The Republic of Panama is located in the center of the American Continent and lies between Costa Rica to the North and Columbia to the South. The Legal System is based on the Spanish Civil Law. However, the company law is based specifically on the Delaware legislation. There are no exchange controls and no currency restrictions. The national currency is U.S.
Nevis
Nevis is located in Leeward Islands approximately 2,000 Km south east of Miami, Florida. The island remained a British Colony from 1628 to 1983, when it became independent and joined the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis, with a legal system based on the English Common Law. The national currency is the Eastern Caribbean Dollar, which is fixed to the US Dollar, with no foreign exchange controls.
Netherlands
The Netherlands, also known as Holland, is located west of Germany and north of Belgium along the North Sea coast. The legal system is based on Civil Law.
Mauritius
Mauritius is a volcanic island, situated in the Indian Ocean and is located about 800 Kilometres off the east coast of Madagascar. The legal system contains both the French Napoleonic Civil Code and the English legislation based on a common law legal system. The national currency is the Mauritian Rupee (MUR).
